Previously, Ms. Smith was a senior banker in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers. There, Ms. Smith was hired as part of a team to build out Lehman's real estate M&A platform. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Ms. Smith worked on mergers and acquisitions with Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. During her investment banking career, Ms. Smith has worked primarily with real estate, power and utility, oil and gas, media and communications, retail and healthcare companies. She has extensive experience in providing mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, restructurings and capital markets transactions advice to both public and private companies. Ms. Smith began her career in Australia working primarily on restructurings and privatization assignments. Ms. Smith has been involved in more than $100 billion of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Ms. Smith has a Bachelor of Economics, with honors, and a Bachelor of Law, with honors, from the University of Sydney.

Previously, Ms. Munshi was a senior banker in the real estate investment banking groups at Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Securities where she provided mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, restructuring and capital markets transaction advice to public and private real estate companies. Ms. Munshi also has advised public and private companies in raising private capital for direct real estate investment strategies. During her career, Ms. Munshi has been directly involved with approximately $35 billion of advisory assignments and executed over $15 billion of common equity, preferred equity and debt offerings for public REITs and closed end funds. Ms. Munshi holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Waypoint Residential, Mr. DiCorpo was the President of the U.S. Core Investment Platform for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Mr. DiCorpo oversaw the firm’s $10.2 billion core investment business in the United States. Mr. DiCorpo was a member of the firm’s Global Leadership Team and the former Chairman of the firm’s Americas Leadership Committee. Mr. DiCorpo joined the Firm in 2008 and initially served as the firm’s Global Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the global execution of the company’s business plan. In 2010, Mr. DiCorpo served as President of CBRE Global Investors’ European and UK businesses. Prior to this, Mr. DiCorpo served as Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Residential Production AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp.
Mr. DiCorpo is active in the National Multi-Housing Council, Chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and Treasurer and Director of the Westchester Land Trust. Mr. DiCorpo earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University, a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
Mr. Mead is a member of the Board of Directors for Easterly Government Properties, where he chairs the audit committee and is a member of the compensation committee. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the School of Science and Engineering at Tulane University. A graduate of Tulane University, Mr. Mead holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden School of Business Administration.
