Peter DiCorpo is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Brook Farm Group, a multifamily investor and developer focused on path-of-growth and lifestyle markets across the Southeast and Mountain states. In this role, he draws on over 25 years of experience navigating all aspects of multifamily investment, development, and operations.

He was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of The Allen Morris Company, where he oversaw finance, construction, brokerage and leasing, asset management, property management, and acquisitions and dispositions. During his tenure, he managed the company’s transition from a family office to an emerging real estate investment management firm. He also served as President of AMS Hospitality, the company’s hospitality joint venture.

Earlier in his career, Peter held senior leadership roles at AIG Global Real Estate and CBRE Global Investors, where he led initiatives that drove portfolio growth, business realignment, and community engagement.

Peter earned a Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Colgate University, followed by an accelerated Master’s in Accounting from the University of Hartford and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
