CenterCap Group Managing Partner to Speak at ULI Seminar on Private Equity in San Diego
(NEW YORK, NY.) May 22, 2017 - June Munshi, Managing Partner of The CenterCap Group, will be a principal instructor at a seminar on raising private equity hosted by the Urban Land Institute (ULI). The seminar, titled 'Private Equity Capital: Understanding and Navigating the Options' is being held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
The seminar is themed a "how-to" workshop to provide practical and timely information on the process of raising private equity capital in today's market. The program will also address crowd funding as and emerging opportunity for individual and institutional investors to fund property specific real estate investments using online investment platforms. Attendees will hear from capital providers and others about the current financial terms, investment criteria and legal agreement imperatives that are part of successful capital raises in the current economic environment.
